Why Test and Tag Electrical appliances?
Clause 64 (2) of the OHS Regulation
requires testing an tagging of
electrical items that are used for construction work or
in a hostile
environment where the safe operation of the electrical equipment
could be affected.
Testing and tagging of electrical
appliances is the most practical and
efficient way to determine whether an electrical item being
sed in a
workplace is safe for use.
